All potential subcontractors or vendors are required to submit the
Subcontractor/Vendor Pre-Qualification Form to be considered for
any future needs. Download the file and email the completed form to
[email protected] along with relevant work
experience.
Included should be a resume of multifamily/relevant work completed in the last five years, or projects currently in progress. Required information: project name, location, owner name, general contractor name, project type, the scope of work performed, the dollar value of the subcontract and the project completion date. Please also send your company brochure if available.
